Delete your Entrepreneur Ecosystem account

You can delete your account in the Entrepreneur Ecosystem mobile app, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app.

Delete in the app

  1. Open the Entrepreneur Ecosystem app and sign in.
  2. Tap your eco profile at the top of any tab.
  3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE, then confirm with your password, Apple, or Google.

Deletion finishes right away and signs you out.

Ask by email

Email info@ampac.com with the subject Entrepreneur Ecosystem account deletion. Send it from the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm it is your account. We finish email requests within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What we delete

  • Your sign-in account, profile, profile photo, and your listing in the member directory
  • Your feed posts, post images, comments, and likes
  • Your event RSVPs, notifications, notification settings, device push tokens, and blocked-member list
  • Notifications other members got about something you did, such as a message or comment you sent
  • A business you own alone, with its public business profile
  • Intro requests, ECO AI questions, ECO PRO usage records, and email update settings
  • Connected account links, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the app's Sign in with Apple access.

What we keep, and why

  • Messages you sent stay in the other member's conversation as "Deleted member". The message text is removed, and so is the chat preview if your message was the last one.
  • A business with a team stays with the team. If the team has an admin, the first admin becomes the owner. If not, the business is hidden from members and the directory, and the AmPac team can hand it to a teammate. You are removed from every business team and invite.
  • Events you hosted are hidden, and your name and email are removed from them.
  • Secure Docs files and loan records, such as loan interest requests and files sent to the AmPac team, are kept for review. Lending rules can require AmPac Business Capital to keep them for a set time. The team reviews them and deletes what it no longer has to keep.
  • Safety reports about content are kept so the team can finish its review. Reports you filed no longer show your name, email, or account ID.

ECO PRO subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an ECO PRO subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
