The RivCo BizBoost program was launched in June 2020 to deploy capital quickly to small businesses across Riverside County during the pandemic. Five years in, the fund has funded 71 loans with a 69% success rate — well above industry averages for small-dollar small business lending. AmPac handles the full lifecycle: intake, underwriting, deployment, servicing, and county-level reporting.

The Fontana Empowerment Loan Fund was established in 2023 in partnership with the City of Fontana to channel capital to women-owned and minority-owned small businesses. With $280K+ deployed across just 6 loans, the fund has produced 59 jobs — a per-dollar job creation rate that ranks among the best in AmPac's portfolio. 67% of recipient businesses are women-owned.
